What our warranty covers

Parts we install

If a screen, battery, charging port or other part we installed fails inside the warranty window, we replace it free. No charge for parts. No charge for labor.

Workmanship

If the repair work itself causes an issue (loose connection, adhesive failure, misalignment), we fix it free inside the warranty window.

What our warranty does not cover

New physical damage

If you drop the device after the repair and crack the new screen, that is a new repair. We will quote it like any other job.

Water or liquid damage after repair

Water damage that happens after the repair is not covered. Devices we repair are not fully waterproof, even if the manufacturer rated them as water resistant.

Issues unrelated to the original repair

If you brought your phone in for a screen replacement and the battery starts failing 3 weeks later, the battery is a separate issue and a separate repair.

Warranty timing

Warranty terms vary by repair type. Specifics are printed on your receipt at the time of repair.
Most parts and labor warranties run a defined period from the repair date. Some specialty repairs (water damage recovery, micro soldering work) carry shorter terms. We tell you the exact warranty period when you approve the quote.

How to use your warranty

Step 1. Find your receipt

Your receipt is your warranty document. Keep it somewhere safe. Take a photo of it with another phone for backup.

Step 2. Call us

Ring (703) 328-0514 and tell us the issue. We confirm warranty coverage and set expectations on timing.

Step 3. Bring the device back

Walk into 504C S Van Dorn St with the device and your receipt. We re inspect the device and confirm the issue is warranty covered.

Step 4. We fix it again, free

If the issue is covered, we replace the part or redo the work at no cost.
